Robert R. Reid, our General Manager, is responsible for the overall management of the District and implementation of board policy. He reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Additional activites performed by the division include issuance of sewer connection permits, response to customer inquiries, rate studies, commercial account analysis, mapping and information systems management.
The Engineering and Operations Division is responsible for the overall management of the sanitary sewer system, including:
The division provides on-call service response to sewer line and service lateral stoppages 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. In addition, under agreements with the cities within the District, the District crews inspect and clean the cities' storm sewer systems.
The Engineering and Operations Division performs ongoing sewer inspection and basin analysis through its closed-circuit television inspection program. Approximately 250,000 lineal feet of sewer are inspected each year. The inspection and analysis of the sewer system is the basis for the district's sewer rehabilitation program. The Division also cleans in excess of 1,000,000 feet of sewer line each year and responds to approximately 430 service requests per year.
